Do You Hire Gowns?
​
No we do not have any gowns for hire. We have Evening Gowns on Clearance for $99 and
Weddings Gowns from $650.

Do I need an Appointment?
​
Yes appointments are recommended. This is to ensure you get personal service and the attention you deserve. During a Bridal Fitting we use the entire change room area.
Ball Gown Fittings are limited to 3 at one time.
​
What Should I Wear to My Appointment?
​
Please wear minimal or natural makeup and if tanning products are used please do not apply within 3 days of
your appointment. We also encourage wearing nude-coloured undergarments and if you're planning on wearing shapewear, please bring that also.
​
How Many People Can I Bring?
​
You are most welcome to bring 3 people along please call if you have more and we will try to make arrangements to accommodate. We are happy for photos to be taken and Facetime for the loved ones who can't attend the appointment.

What Price Range are your Gowns?

Wedding $650 -$2,000
Ball $399- $850
Bridesmaids $299-$399
Mother of the Bride $399- $699

Do I Need An Appointment to View Your Collection?
​
No you are most welcome to pop in at your leisure, an appointment can be made if you would like to try on gowns.

Do You Charge For Appointments?
​
No we do not charge for appointments.

Do You Offer Any Other Times/Days Other Than What's Listed Online?

We understand how busy life is, please contact us directly so we can help arrange a time that works best for you.

Do You Do Alterations?
​
We work closely with Alteration Specialists, although they are not completed in house. From the moment you Say Yes, we put you in touch to book your alterations appointment.

How Long Does My Gown Take to Arrive?
​
This can vary and rush orders can be placed but do incur an extra fee. The lead time on wedding gowns is approx 20 weeks and 18 weeks for Formal and Bridesmaids.

Do You Sell Off The Rack?
​
Yes, gowns are available to purchase off the rack.
​
Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Yes we have layby available
